Hi, we are Andy & Tracey Bolich, owners of Pristine Property Management LLC. We have lived in the Gallatin Valley with our family for over twenty-five years. In 2003 we graduated from Montana State University. Andy graduated with a degree in Animal Science and Tracey graduated with a degree in Business Marketing. Andy then coached collegiate rodeo for 18 years at Montana State University. Tracey operated her own cleaning business for 15 years and then obtained her real estate license in 2020. In 2024 Tracey obtained her Broker license. With Andy changing gears in 2021 to focus more on coaching and cheering on his own boys in the rodeo arena, we wanted to stay connected with the Gallatin Valley community and provide a quality service that we could take pride in. That led us to opening Pristine Property Management. We value personal relationships, timely responses, and clear communication. We are not a large company as we are both the owners and the employees all in one…but we feel that this gives us an advantage to be able to work directly with both our owners and tenants. We do our best to keep that “small town service” alive in a growing market.
