Hi, I am Andy Bolich, owner of Pristine Property Management LLC. I have lived in the Gallatin Valley with my family for over twenty years. In 2003 I graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Animal Science. I then coached collegiate rodeo for 18 years at Montana State University. After that chapter closed I still wanted to stay connected with the Gallatin Valley community and provide a quality service that I could take pride in. After having my own rentals and understanding the value of good tenants and the need to make sure that the properties are well taken care of, I knew this was a service that I could provide to others. I take pride in providing quality service through the old fashioned values of trust, honesty, and hard work. I would love the opportunity to visit with you to discuss your property management needs.
